How do I get started with hiring?

Simply reach out to us, share your needs, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Do I need to sign contracts?

None whatsoever! There are no contracts with us or your virtual assistant. Everything is negotiable with your virtual assistant(s) and you can stop working with them whenever you want without any liability. Most of our clients will hire their virtual assistant(s) for 40 hours/week to work Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm.

How do I pay my virtual assistant?

You pay directly by check or ACH to Our USA Main Office at the end of the year you will claim global link solutions as 1099 contractor in your company tax return

How do you ensure a virtual employee matches my company's needs?

We conduct a detailed assessment of your business requirements and match you with assistants who have the skills and experience that align with your specific needs.

Can virtual employees handle confidential information?

Yes, virtual employees sign NDAs to protect your sensitive information.

How are virtual employees kept accountable for their work?

We use time-tracking software and productivity metrics, along with regular check-ins, to ensure accountability and transparency. For example, you can monitor their screens using a tool like HubStaff.

How do you handle time zone differences?

We select virtual assistants who are flexible and can adjust their working hours to ensure they overlap with your business hours. Don't worry about this at all.

What's the typical duration for finding a virtual employee?

You'll start to receive candidates within only a few days! Conservatively, from start to finish, 2-3 weeks is enough time to go through plenty of candidates to make a selection.

What if I'm not happy with your service?

We are so confident that we will find you an amazing hire that we offer a replacement guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your placement, we will go out and find you a brand new hire.

Can I change employees?

Yes, if the match isn’t right, we offer a replacement process to ensure you get someone who fits your needs.

Is training provided?

We provide initial guidance, but ongoing training is usually managed by you.

What if I need support?

Our support team is available to help with any questions or issues throughout your experience.
